This edition of TV Tuesday brings us 2010's "Scared Shrekless", a short film where we see our favorite Shrek characters telling spooky stories.
The voice cast includes Mike Myers, Cameron Diaz, Antonio Banderas, Dean Edwards, Cody Cameron, Christopher Knights, Conrad Vernon, Aron Warner, and Kristen Schaal.
It's Halloween, and Shrek's three kids are doing what ogres do best: scaring people. They scare a bunch of trick-or-treaters away from the family home.
Inside the house, Shrek's friends have done their best to scare him, but Shrek doesn't scare easily. It's ogres who do the scaring.
What's left to do? Well, apparently tell ghost stories. Whoever can tell the scariest story will be crowned the "King of Halloween".
Shrek gets the idea to tell the stories in Lord Farquaad's abandoned castle in Duloc. The whole town is abandoned, and things are frightful, indeed.
Gingy goes first. He spins a tale of love gone horribly wrong, with his girlfriend turning into a zombie!
Puss and Donkey go next. They tell a story of strange goings on at a hotel and a donkey eating waffle!
With a little help from Fiona and the kids, Shrek is the last one standing and becomes the reigning King of Halloween. He takes Fiona and the kids home to continue their Halloween celebrations.
