Up next is 2011's "Small Fry", a Toy Story Toons segment in which we see Buzz Lightyear replaced by a tiny obnoxious knockoff.

The film's voice cast includes Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Joan Cusack, Wallace Shawn, John Ratzenberger, Estelle Harris, Timothy Dalton, Jane Lynch, and Teddy Newton.

Bonnie and her mom are having dinner at Poultry Palace.  During some playtime, Bonnie brings out Buzz Lightyear and Rex.

When Bonnie is not looking, fun-meal toy Mini Buzz overpowers Buzz and takes his place.  He even manages to trick Rex.

Once at home, Mini Buzz wastes no time in making his presence known.  He still tries to pass himself off as a shrunken Buzz Lightyear (something that happened because of the plastic in the ball pit), but the other toys can see right through the charade.

When the restaurant closes, Buzz makes his move towards the door.  Unfortunately, it is locked.

While trying to find a way out, Buzz drops in on a bunch of toys holding a meeting.  It turns out that it is the "Support Group for Discarded Fun-Meal Toys".

It is run by a toy named Queen Neptuna, who says, "I was from the Mermaid Battle Squadron tie-in.  Summer ’98.  I was thrown away, and that’s okay."  Buzz tries to interrupt the meeting by saying, "You see, I was just left in the ball pit...and I, uh..."  To which Queen Neptuna interjects, "Oh, we've all been left in the ball pit of life.  Haven't we?"

Buzz tries to make his excuses and leave, but Queen Neptuna tells him that this is where he belongs and that they are his friends now.

Back at the house, Mini Buzz is making a nuisance of himself.  After taking Woody's hat, he challenges Hamm, "Get along, little piggy!  Yee haw!"  Hamm is having none of it.  "Somebody tackle him, please!" he requests urgently.

Buzz is having a not-so-great experience himself, especially when the toys start chanting their version of the serenity prayer.  "Even though I have been thrown away, I am not garbage."

With some quick thinking, he manages to find a way to get out of the room.

The toys at home are trying to figure out a way to infiltrate the Poultry Palace and rescue Buzz.  They are overjoyed when they find he's returned.

Buzz gives Mini Buzz a piece of his mind and a chance to think about his actions.

Then he takes Mini Buzz back to the support group and joins as his sponsor.

And that's it for Small Fry.  It was released alongside "The Muppets".  Don Rickles is given a credit for voicing Mr. Potato Head.  That character, however, while appearing onscreen, never actually says a single word.
